WHEN PURCHASING GOODS IN THE TEMIX E-SHOP, YOU CAN CHOOSE ONE OF THE RECEIPT METHODS
- Delivery of goods via parcel machines (Omniva, DPD, Post);
- Delivery of goods by courier;
- Pick-up at the TEMIX store in Riga:
After receiving the order, the store staff will check the availability of the goods in the store and make a reservation of the goods. Please wait for the store's confirmation before going to the store. You will be able to pay for the goods in the store upon receipt of the order. If you need an invoice, please inform the store staff about it after receiving the reservation confirmation.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery via parcel machines: within 2 - 6 business days from the date of order*.
Delivery by courier: within 3 - 6 business days from the date of order*.
Pick-up at TeMix store in Riga : within 1 business day (received orders are processed on business days between 11:00 and 19:00)
To track an order you need two things:
- Order number, or ID (Example: #123456);
- Your specified postal code;

Important!
- The postal code must be entered exactly as you entered it when ordering, with or without "LV", for example, "LV-1010", "LV1010" or "1010".
- If the postal code is entered incorrectly, the system will display an error. Therefore, if you do not remember, enter all three possible options.
- You can find your order number in the very first order confirmation email.
Based on Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on Consumer Rights , the Customer of the Online Store has the right to refuse the purchased goods and return them to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason for the refusal. In case of refusal, the costs associated with returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer. Within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the refusal, the Customer must ensure the return of the goods to the Seller and within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the refusal, the Seller shall return the money paid for the goods to the Customer.
TeMix asks the customer to inspect the product within 14 days of receipt and, in the event of non-conformity or damage, contact TeMix to arrange a return or exchange.
When returning an item, please pack the item back in its original packaging.
Please note that the courier is only responsible for external damage to the item and does not assume responsibility for the contents of the item.

TeMix reserves the right to refuse to fulfill this contract if a proof of purchase has not been saved, as well as if the product is used and damaged.
When returning an item, the money paid for the item will be returned to your bank account.
TeMix physical stores do not provide a 14-day return policy for products purchased. The return policy does not apply to products reserved in the online store for collection in a physical store and for which payment was made in the physical store upon receipt. Please check the quality and conformity of the product before making payment in the physical store.
